Browser Help Guide

The following instructions will walk you through the steps required to prepare your browser for downloading and installing software. If you have any additional questions not covered in this guide, please use one of the contact methods listed on our contact page.

Preparing Your Browser

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites for various reasons. For instance, a site cookie may be used to store your preferences for related services or to access certain information when using personalized services.

In order to delete stored cookies, you will need to open the Internet Options dialogue box within Internet Explorer. From your browser's top menu bar, click on TOOLS, then on INTERNET OPTIONS. Next, click on the Delete Cookies button. You will be prompted to confirm the cookie deletion so click the OK button to remove the cookies.

Downloading Software

Look for any DOWNLOAD button to start downloading your free software - you won't have any trouble finding one. Click on it to start the download, and save the file to your hard drive. Make sure you remember where you saved your file because you'll need to go back there later to install the program. When the download finishes you will be ready to install the software. Double-click the poker software executable (.exe) to begin the installation process.

Installing Software

Hopefully you've remembered where you saved the file you downloaded. If not, you can easily find it using the Windows Search feature. Click on the "Start" button at the bottom left-hand side of your screen, and select "Search" then "For Files or Folders". You'll need a keyword to start the search - *poker* will usually do the trick but if you remember the name, use that instead. Once you have found installation file with the .exe extension, double-click on it to install the software.
