Cherry Master - How to BEAT CHERRY MASTERSThere are several types of cherry master machines. Cherry masters are sometimes referred to as a slot machine, but they are not as complex as a casino type slot machine. The different styles of games are defined by the type of computer programs (boards) installed in each game. It is important to know the difference between each program, as there are some programs which can not be beat. Some games can even be altered to look like a beatable machine but actually are not. So determining the game type is your first priority. When you find machines that you want to play, there are some tell-tell signs which you should look for before you begin playing. First of all, you want to determine what kind of program is being used in each cherry master machine. You can do this by sitting back and watching as each machine goes through its "screens". These are the screens which you see before any money is placed in the machine, Magic Odds, Cherry Angels, Cherry Bonus III's and Cherry Masters, but beyond that there are many things you can learn by just watching these screens. We will be dealing mostly with Cherry Masters (or Eight Liners), so we will start with them. First, determine what company produced this particular type of program. You do this by looking at the actual game screen when it flashes. In the upper left hand corner, in large letters, the name will be shown. It could be a Dyna or a Game. For the most part, these are the only two company names which you will see. However, there are others. Games are, for the most part, beatable, he ED-95 is only beatable on hold machines, and still other companies are not beatable at all. So it is important to determine the company first. Second, watch as the different screens scroll by. You will see several screens. The title screen will show the name of the program and in some cases, the maker and the date. The payoff screen will show you the different payoff for certain win, and have a flashing picture of a woman which moves around the screen. The game screen will show you exactly which program this machine has. You need to look at certain aspects of that screen to determine exactly how to play it. For further info on this, refer to the information below. Also, this screen will usually tell you how high the "Cherry Bonus" and the "Bell Bonus" goes. Generally, you can determine whether or not the cherries go to 12, 9, 6 or 3, and also whether the bells go 7, 3 or 2. In most cases, you would want to play the machines which do not go to 12 and 7. These will take you a lot longer and more money to beat. Usually, the lower the cherries and bells go, the better off you’ll be. You will also be able to see, to a certain extent, whether or not this machine has been recently reset or has had some play. For example, if the cherries are at 6 and the bells at 3, and if the Pool is on 0, it is reasonable to assume that this machine has just been reset. You may even want to glance around at the other machines in that room to see if they look like they have been reset also. If that looks like the case, you may want to wait to play and of these machines until they have had at least a couple of days play. It will usually take you a lot less time to beat a machine if it has not been reset within the last day or so. The next step to determining which system you will use is to find out if and how you can actually beat this machine. You do this by putting a $1.00 bill into the machine. First, you will want to try to be just one credit. So press Bet, then Start. If it begins to scroll, you’ve passed a big test. This mean you will not need one of the “minimum 8 bet systems”. You now need to know whether or not the program (or its’ chips) have been altered to prevent you from beating it using these systems. One of these alterations is called a “burnt chip”. There are others, but they are so rare we won’t even mention them. To determine whether or not that machine contains a burnt chip, do the following, regardless of which system you should be playing: Play the machine as you normally would, betting eight credits until you have had a winner. Then start playing as follows:
Choosing a System Now you have all of the information you need to determine exactly which system you will need in order to beat this particular program. So examine the following information closely and then choose the correct system.
Getting Paid After you have decided the right system for this machine and you are sure that it is a “beatable” program, then you need to be sure that you can get paid. This is by far the most important step because without knowing that you can get paid, you will be risking every dollar that you put into the machine. So always do these simple steps when you are playing at an unfamiliar spot. Place a twenty dollar bill in the machine and play off five dollars worth of credits. Do this slowly if possible-like betting one all of the time. Then when you have fifteen dollars worth of credits (300), try to cash out. If they cash you out, you’re okay to begin playing, however, if they don’t you will only be out twenty dollars. Another possible way to tell if they will pay out cash is for you to sit down, put a five in the machine, and play it till it is almost gone. Then go to the employee and ask for four $5’s as change for a twenty. If they will not pay out on the machines most likely they will tell you so. While we are talking about money, always be sure to have plenty of five dollar bills with you. You always want to put five’s in the machines not larger bills. This will keep you from having to cash out for extra credits and also will give the impression that you are putting more money in than you really are. Money Management Every time that you sit down at a machine you need to have some sort of money management strategy in place. In short, know how much you want to win. Know the amount of money that a particular program is generally going to “be good for”. This varies with each machine and is discussed in further detail with each of the systems. Once you know how much you should be able to win or how much you want to win, then you just add to it the amount of money that you have put into a machine. Example: if you are playing that generally gets you $50 winner, but you have put $25 into it, then the amount of money that you would want to cash out for is $75, or 1500 credits ( 50$+ 25$= $75 and 75 x .05 = 1500). This would become your “stop point”. Sometimes you may win more and that’s okay, but if you have invested a lot of money in a machine and for some reason or another will not have much more time to play or have too many “Sweaters”, don’t hesitate to cash out when you get even. Always keep track of the money that goes in, how many credits you currently have and how much longer you have to play the machine. All of these things influence how much money you will make. Be sure to check out other money management systems for gambling like rakeback. If you play online poker then rakeback is a very important part of managing your money. Some of the top deals to check out are full tilt rakeback and cake poker rakeback. Playing poker without rakeback is like playing a cherry master without a winning system. WORDS OF CAUTION As you are going to be using this book and its’ systems to make money for yourself, you should be very protective of it. Don’t give out the system to your friends, as they will use it to play the very machines you will be playing –hence- taking money from you! Even if you don’t show them the systems, if you let them see you betting one, they will be inquisitive and want to know why. The easy way to avoid this is just to not let ANYONE see you betting one or “jacking” the bet. This will also help you avoid the risk of not getting paid because a lot of the owners and vendors of these machines know about the systems and will not let you use them on their machines. It is not an illegal move, but they know that with these systems YOU WILL beat their machine, so most of them feel like you are “cheating” them and may take offense to that. Don’t be afraid to leave the system and begin betting 8 credits each roll if you think someone may be watching. This will not have too much of a negative affect on the system, however, just return to it as soon as possible, always remembering to bet eight until you get a winner before returning to the “Bet 1” systems. Sometimes it pays to eat lots of potato chips. This may sound like a strange statement, but it might be the best 50 cent investment you could make, because then you can lean them up against the monitor and cover up your bet amount so that no one can see it. The jukebox is going to become one of your best allies. If you happen to be playing a machine which has the sound volume turned up loud enough for anyone else to hear, people are more apt to pay a lot of attention to you when you start jacking the bet. They will hear it and inevitably will come over to watch a few spins. To cover this up, always be willing to put a few bucks in the jukebox. The last thing you need is “sweaters”! It is also a good idea to frequent the places where you are using the system at times other than when you are playing to win. This means that you should make a stop or two into each place and “throw” 10 or 20 dollars into the machines. The idea is to let the employees/owners, ect. See you play the machine for a while and leave without cashing out. This will keep them from becoming too suspicious about your winning so often. Never leave without tipping either, as this will tend to make them remember you favorably. Just a regular tip is sufficient if you are not cashing out, but a better tip should be give if you cash out. The high you cash- the better the tip. Make them happy to see you win!!! They can be your best friend. Another rule of thumb to adhere to is that if an employee or someone from the business asks how much money you have in the machine, DON’T LIE- unless you know when they empty the machines. If you lie to them and say you have $100 tied up in a machine and then they go get the key and open it up and there is only $25 in it—you may lose the ability to come back and play that machine again. Another word of caution is one about “time”. You never want to play a machine if you are on limited time because you may have to play it for a long while before you turn it around and get even or get winner. In other words, if the business where you are playing the machine closes at midnight, we don’t recommend that you begin playing after 8:00 p.m. Even though we don’t expect that it will normally take that long to reach your “stop point”, you can never be sure. Someone may have just cashed out for 10,000 points before you, and that will lengthen the time which you will have to play before getting winner. Just be sure to allow yourself enough time so that you are never forced to quit before you get even or get winner. Another reason why you do not want to play these machines after 8:00 p.m. is that late at night is when most machines get most of their “honest” play. That means that usually the best time to play machines that are in bars is first thing after they open. This way there are less “sweaters” and you can reap the benefits of the “honest” play from the night before. THE MAIN SYSTEM Before we begin with the Main system, let us remind you how important it is to have followed the procedures for determining whether or not this is a “beatable” program, which system is correct for this program and whether or not you can get paid. If you have not done these things properly, playing the machine may be a waste of your time and worse yet- YOU’RE MONEY!!! The “Main System” is to be used on Cherry Master programs which do not have any “special” features, such as a Fruit Bonus or Watermelon Bonus, and on which you can bet just 1 credit. However, if the program is made by a company other than Dyna, such as Game or ED-95, it is not advisable to try to beat that machine. If the machine you wish to play meets the above qualifications, you can play the following system on it:
OR If the “Cherry Bonus” is at 1, bet the maximum number of credits. Press Start. You are guaranteed to have a winner. Press Take Score. While you are playing the system, keep in mind that you objective is to reach your betting “stop point” as soon possible so while you are betting one credit use the stop button to stop scrolling as quickly as possible. However, once you bet eight credits or more, you need to let the program stop the scrolling on its’ own. There are certain things that the program will do if allowed to spin that won’t happen, or happen as often, if you stop it out of sequence. So pay particular attention to this while playing the system. --------------------------- What you are hoping to do, by playing the system, is to get the “Cherry Bonus” to 1 while betting the eight credits. Along the way you may hit “Trip Cherries” ( a natural) , line up Bells and/or win the Pool Take, line up 1 Bars, or any number of other winners. This will help you accumulate credits for when the “Cherry Bonus” reaches “1”. This is when you will be betting the MAXIMUM credits. It is here that you are hoping to hit all of the above mentioned winners, especially “trip Cherries”, as this would not only give you the number of credits for lining up the cherries, but would also give you and “extra spin”. On the ‘extra’ spin, you will always get at least four sevens after hitting “trip Cherries” and if you get an extra cherry on that back screen, you will also get an additional roll for collection the “Cherry Bonus”. This is just one scenario for which you would collect a big winner and there are many more. You will repeat this process continually until you have accumulated enough credits to reach your desired “stop point”. This may take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours. This program is generally good for anywhere from a $40-$100 winner. You may have to put anywhere from $5.00 to over a hundred dollars into the machine in order to reach that point, so always be sure to keep track of exactly how much you have put in. Include the amount that you have in the machine in your stop point. Example: If you have put $30 in and you want to win $50, then your stop point would be $80 or 1600 points. A word of caution- you may nearly reach your stop point soon after beginning the system. If that is the case don’t hesitate to quit before you reach your stop point. Sometimes the machines will get you winner quickly only to such down the points if you continue to play. So a good rule of thumb for playing this system is if the machine gets your 40-60 dollars winner within 30 minutes, quit and cash out. This will eliminate you turning a sure, quick and cheap winner into a long and costly winner. DYNA3 If the name in the top left corner of the screen reads: Dyna3, then this is the system you will use. These screens will also how one watermelon in the bottom left corner. This shows that there is a “watermelon bonus”. There will also be an untitled fruit bonus at the upper right corner. This bonus usually begins at 0 and pays off at 3 and normally the bonus is 200 pts. This may vary, but not often. (See Diagram 1). If the screen does not show this option, then it is not a DYNA3. There is no way for the Dyna3 machines to be changed into minimum 8 bet machines, so on these you automatically know that you can bet 1 credit. However, to offset that flaw, the vendors will sometime put in a “burnt chip” (which was discussed under “General Information”, so it is important to check for that before playing. Sometimes they will manipulate the machine in other ways so that it will not allow you to play it. They may disconnect the “hold” button, or even the “stop” button. You need to check these things out to begin with. On these programs, you can reasonably expect to net anywhere from $75.00 to $150.00 each play. However, the first time you play the system on it, it may take a good while and a little more money; but the more that you play it, the quicker it will begin to hit. On the average, you should be able to be the machine on less than $50.00. If the machine meets all of the qualifications for this system, then you can bet 8 credits until you have a winner, then begin playing this like this:
Press the Take Score button and hold it down, while almost simultaneously hitting the Bet button and holding it down also. Continue holding down both buttons down until you reach your desired bet (see below) and then [without letting off of either the take score or bet buttons] hit the Start button. Only AFTER you have hit the start button can you release the other two buttons.
KNOWING WHAT TO HOLD AND WHEN TO HOLD IT! Knowing when you should hold something and how much to raise the bet are as important a part of the system as anything else. You must learn and adhere to this as diligently as anything else. First and foremost, you ALWAYS hold cherries and raise the bet to the Maximum. This is one of the strongest features of this system. ALWAYS HOLD CHERRIES!!! Next, you always hold “one-bars”. However, where the two one-bars you are holding are located will determine how much you raise the bet. If BOTH of the one-bars are located among the bottom right four squares, you always HOLD AND RAISE TO THE MAXIMUM. If they are not BOTH among those four squares (either one or both one-bars taking up a spot on either the left side or the top), then hold and raise only a portion of or half of the maximum bet. The reason behind this is that one of those one-bars that are on the left or top side may be taking up the space where your “guaranteed winner” was to have appeared and you may not get a winner at all on that spin. So you may or may not want to risk your maximum bet on that spin. It is okay to do that, but beware of the risk. The only other things that you want to hold are BELLS!! But here are only two times that you really want to do that. The two times when it is okay to hold and raise Bells is either: 1. when the cherries and the Bells are BOTH sitting at 1; or 2. when the Bell pool has a lot of credits in it and it is sitting on 1. If you need credits, it is okay to hold and raise then. It is not advisable to ever hold any of the fruit, except for cherries. There is no benefit in holding them. However, occasionally you can hold 2-bars or 3-bars, but you should not do it often because other than the points you get for hitting that row, you get no other benefits, such as extra spins ect….. Tip: Because the strength of this system lies in your ability to “hedge” your bets by holding and raising the bet, you need not be concerned about whether or not the cherries are at 1 or not. It doesn’t really matter if you hit trip cherries when they are at 1 or at 6, the strength lies in your ability to do it more often that with other systems. |
